re624 provides a cloud-based CRM solution designed for real estate investors. By using our services, you agree to:
• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
• Not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt our systems without authorization.
• Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in unauthorized access, distribute spam, reverse engineer the software, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the operation of re624.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
• You must provide accurate and complete information during account registration.

4. Subscription, Fees & Payment
• Our services are billed on a subscription basis, with fees disclosed at the time of sign-up.
• Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension or termination.
• re624 reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice to active subscribers.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused service periods. If re624 terminates a user’s account for policy violations, refunds will not be provided.

5. Setup & Onboarding Services
• re624 requires a one-time setup fee to fully configure your CRM system.
• Our white-glove onboarding service includes system setup, customization, and training.
• The setup fee is non-refundable after work has commenced.
6. Data Ownership, Usage & Retention
• You own the data that you input into re624.
• By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data as required for service functionality.
• Data Retention Policy: Users may request an export of their data before account cancellation. After account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal or security purposes before being permanently deleted.

7. Account Suspension & Termination
re624 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your data, and refunds will not be issued for unused service periods.
8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
• re624 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or security patches that may result in temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
